The MBA Polska Congress 2026 took place on 9–11 October at Hotel Arłamów. More than 200 business leaders from across Poland met around knowledge, relationships, new technologies and joint initiatives of the MBA community.

AI, investment, culture and stories that stay with us
The Congress combined the conference programme, Gala, sports competition and networking. An important part was also a meeting of the boards of MBA Polska’s 9 member associations.
The conference programme showed the practical dimension of changes faced by today’s leaders: AI and robotics, investment, strategy, culture and storytelling.
Five speakers presented different perspectives on contemporary business and management, while many conversations continued long after the sessions ended.
