From 9 to 11 October 2026, Hotel Arłamów brought together more than 200 business leaders from across Poland. The MBA Polska Congress 2026 combined a conference programme, the Gala, networking, sports competition and discussions about the future of the MBA community.
The conference programme showed how many different areas of modern management can meet on one stage. Five speakers took participants from artificial intelligence and robotics, through investment and strategy, to culture and the art of storytelling.
Tomasz Żabiński from Rzeszów University of Technology showed how close organisations are to a world in which artificial intelligence and robotics become part of everyday operations. It was not only theory – robots also appeared among Congress participants.
Wiktor Cichoń, EMBA from the Industrial Development Agency presented the practical dimension of the Polish Investment Zone and showed how well-considered investment decisions can build competitive advantage.
Michał Brzezicki from SentiOne, the Congress Main Partner, discussed the impact of AI on IT projects, delivery time, costs and the changing role of people in organisations.
Beata Zarembianka reminded participants of the business value of culture and of how much business and culture can offer each other.
The special guest of the conference programme was Piotr Kraśko, who demonstrated the power of a well-told story. No complicated slides or charts were needed – experience, words, humour and the ability to hold an audience were enough.
Five talks brought five different perspectives, with one common denominator: curiosity, development and the willingness to keep asking questions. This is the strength of the MBA Polska Congress – people who make decisions and manage organisations every day meet here without giving up the habit of learning from others.
We thank all speakers for their knowledge, authenticity and energy. Special thanks go to BALI Business Administration & Leadership Institute – the MBA Alumni Association of Rzeszów University of Technology for organising the Congress and to Dr Mariusz Rudnik, MBA, whose initiative made it possible to welcome Piotr Kraśko as a guest.
