During the MBA Polska Congress, held on 9–11 October 2026 at Hotel Arłamów, the Association of MBA Organisations in Poland and Women in Rail signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.
The agreement brings together two communities with different professional backgrounds but shared interests in career development, responsible leadership and knowledge exchange. Women in Rail brings together women working in the railway industry, while MBA Polska connects MBA alumni from many sectors of the economy.
Shared opportunities and areas of cooperation
The partnership provides a basis for initiatives involving experts, managers and leaders from different industries. The Women in Rail announcement highlights knowledge exchange, mentoring, training, workshops, networking and the promotion of good leadership practices as potential areas of activity.
These are directions for future cooperation, not a list of completed projects. Both organisations emphasise their intention to turn the agreement into tangible initiatives benefiting their communities.
Signing the agreement during the MBA Polska Congress also demonstrates the role of the event as a place where professional relationships can develop into long-term institutional partnerships.
