INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA – an award for an outstanding business personality
Leadership leaves behind more than results. It leaves values, inspiration and a lasting impact on people, organisations and the economy.
INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA is the highest distinction of the MBA Polska community, awarded to individuals whose achievements, vision, courage and responsibility set directions for the development of contemporary business. The Award was established in 2026 by the Association of MBA Organisations in Poland. Its purpose is to honour outstanding women and men leaders who, through entrepreneurship, innovation and consistency in action, create lasting value for the economy and society and remain an inspiration for future generations of managers.

Award criteria
The Award Committee evaluates candidates, taking into account in particular:
- impact on the development of a company, market or the economy
- strategic vision and leadership courage
- innovation and entrepreneurship
- business ethics
- social responsibility
- sustainability of achievements
- ability to inspire others
The Award is honorary and is presented annually to one person for outstanding achievements, lifetime accomplishments or a special contribution to the development of entrepreneurship, management and contemporary leadership.

INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA 2026 Award Committee
The Laureate is selected by an independent Committee representing the MBA Polska community. Its members perform their roles on a voluntary basis, guided by professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality and responsibility for the prestige of the Award.

The first edition of the Award
The first-ever INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA statuette will be presented on 9 October 2026 during the official MBA Polska Congress 2026 Gala at Hotel Arłamów.
During the Gala we will learn the name of the outstanding business personality who will become the first person in the history of the INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA Award.
