On 9 October 2026, during the MBA Polska Congress Gala at Hotel Arłamów, the INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA Award began a new chapter in the history of the MBA community. Its first Laureate is Dr Irena Eris, an entrepreneur who built a brand recognised in Poland and internationally.
The Award honours outstanding business personalities who combine achievement with strategic vision, innovation, responsibility and the ability to inspire others. The accomplishments of Dr Irena Eris embody these values and show how an enduring commitment to quality can create value over decades.
An exceptional moment at the Congress Gala
The laudation was delivered by Dr Mariusz Rudnik, MBA, a member of the Jury and Award Committee. The trophy was presented by Małgorzata Tobiszewska, MBA, President of MBA Polska and Chair of the Jury. The Laureate was accompanied by her husband, Henryk Orfinger, who helped build the success of the Dr Irena Eris company.
The inaugural Laureate was selected by an independent 12-member Jury. Its criteria included business achievements, innovation, strategic vision, management ethics and contributions to entrepreneurship. An original trophy was designed for the Award; the first was presented to Dr Irena Eris.
INSPIRACJE MBA POLSKA reflects a simple principle: leadership is measured not only by personal achievements, but also by the inspiration and lasting impact it brings to others. Recognising Dr Irena Eris opens a new chapter for MBA Polska.
