The MBA POLSKA word-and-device mark has received legal protection from the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Completion of the registration procedure allows the Association to officially use the designation MBA POLSKA®.
The protection right is registered under number R.396542 and is valid until 13 August 2035, with the possibility of renewal for subsequent ten-year periods.
For MBA Polska this is more than a formality: it is an important stage in building and protecting the common brand of MBA alumni associations across Poland.
