MBA Polska expressed support for a legislative proposal expanding the competences of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
The organisation stressed the need for more effective protection of entrepreneurs, broader legislative consultation and stronger intervention and mediation tools.
The position forms part of MBA Polska’s growing involvement in public dialogue on the conditions for doing business in Poland.
